About us
Differentia is a collaborative project with a number of individuals contributing to the work output.
Differentia Design
Differentia Ltd is the design part of the project with Steve Pardue and Claire Stubbs responsible for the output and running of the company. We specialise in producing environmental based work but also have a fair output of traditional graphic design work. Much of the work comes from the community or charitable sector. Claire is a fully qualified landscape architect and Steve a fully qualified chartered designer.
Differentia Media
The media wing was formerly trading as the Axess Media Partnership. This is now Differentia Media. It is still a partnership between Ben Smith and Steve Pardue. Although our aims for the business were to concentrate on website development the company has been a useful medium for collaboration. Both Ben and I are passionate about accessiblity and our main focus for Differentia Media is to produce work that goes beyond the standards for accessibility. We are building large and complex websites but still retaining the same simplicity of navigation, accepted accessibility standards and try to go beyond the clients' requirements in building websites that work.
Differentia Heritage
We have recognised the importance of heritage and this side of the business was formerly run solely by Ben as MGH Consultants. We have rebranded as Differentia Heritage but Ben is still the lead on this and his skill base lies in the Museum, Gallery, Heritage sector.
Of course there is so much cross over that the three companies allow a totally flexible working relationship with each other as well as the facility of bringing in outside consultancy skills as and when necessary.
